Creative Futures Council

Bringing Art to Life with Quincy Music Theatre

Our heartfelt thanks go to Olga Connelly and Bryan Mitchell at Quincy Music Theatre for partnering with Gadsden Arts to offer an unforgettable masterclass for our Creative Futures Council. Students explored the powerful stories of srtidtd Alfred Conteh, Lonnie Holley, and Purvis Young, then transformed those themes into moving performances filled with creativity, courage, and joy.

It was inspiring to see our Facing South exhibition come alive in such a meaningful way. We’re truly grateful to QMT for opening their doors and supporting this experience.

The Creative Futures Council is made possible by our
Art for Children & Youth Donors, Art Bridges, sponsors Bell & Bates Home Center and Sunnyside Farm Management, and a grant awarded by the Community Foundation of North Florida.
