100 Friends on a Saturday – Thank you!

We love having a museum full of children every summer! Our Summer Art Camp wrapped up last week, and Free Family Saturdays continue to bring kids of all ages and their parents from across the region for summer art-making fun. On one Saturday, just before American Grit closed, we had around 100 friends in the museum, half of them families. Thank you, Art for Children & Youth donors and sponsors, for making these programs possible!

We are pleased to unveil our improved Zoe Golloway Gallery!

Explore our new Permanent Collection exhibition, featuring work by Purvis Young and Lonnie Holley, alongside a work by celebrated Atlanta contemporary artist Alfred Conteh, on loan from Art Bridges.

You will now find Permanent Collection exhibitions in the Zoe Golloway Gallery, which underwent renovation in June to improve security, climate, and aesthetic quality. We are thrilled with the result and hope you are, too.

Thank you donors for making this project possible!
