Start your Saturday at Gadsden Arts with FREE ADMISSION for all (10 AM–5 PM)! Experience the Southern Watercolor Society 49th Annual Juried Exhibition and enjoy the final opportunity to view Roopali Kambo: Resonance before it closes. Bring the family to explore hands-on activities in the ArtZone, relax in the Reading Corner, or take part in a Treasure Hunt through the galleries.
Then, stay and make a day of it in Quincy’s beautiful historic district with Quincy Main Street’s 14th Annual Porchfest (12 PM–6 PM), featuring 15 artists performing throughout downtown. Enjoy live music, local restaurants, and food vendors—don’t forget a chair or blanket for the performances.
Folding Chairs: are handy for you to relax and enjoy Porchfest. When you visit the museum, chairs may be left in the left hand entrance bay before you enter the museum – or visit Gadsden Arts first and then pick them up before you begin to enjoy the music.
Parking: is available on streets in and around downtown Quincy. A parking lot is also located on Washington Street 1/2 block East of the Quincy Music Theater.
We look forward to welcoming you for a full day of music, art, and community!
