NEW DATE! Jacksonville Day Trip
Friday, August 9, 2024, 8am–6pm
Spend a hot summer day inside, exploring two cultural treasures in Jacksonville, FL on Friday, August 9! We’ll visit The Cummer Museum of Art and Gardens for a special quilt exhibition: Fabric of a Nation: American Quilt Stories from the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston. In between tours, enjoy lunch at Iguana on Park. Next up, we’ll explore the Museum of Contemporary Art and view Starship Abundance by New York-based artist Emil Alzamora. All transportation, lunch, and admission are included.

Every year, the Gadsden Arts Center & Museum takes a group on an exciting and art-filled city, part fundraiser, part fun trip! We’ve gone to Iceland, Philadelphia, New Orleans, Tampa/St. Pete, Boston, Bentonville, Arkansas, Chicago, Havana, Cuba, Pittsburgh, and Brandywine Valley!
