ARE YOU LOOKING FOR A REWARDING AND EDUCATIONAL VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITY?
Join the Docent Program at the Gadsden Arts Center! No experience is required-we welcome people from all backgrounds. You will meet new people, enrich children's lives and enrich your own understanding of visual arts. Our exhibition tours and school programs have been recognized in several North Florida newspapers as an outstanding way of educating children and adults in Gadsden County and the region. The Gadsden Arts Center is known for its free, educational guided tours that can be custom designed each group visiting. For those groups that are unable to come to the Center, The Art to the Schools, Artists in the Schools and Art for Literacy programs come to the schools and serve hundreds of students each year, countywide.
